BUFFALO WINGS 
24 chicken wings
1/4 lb. butter
4 oz. Durkee red hot sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

OPTIONAL:

Celery sticks
Bleu cheese dressing

Remove wing tips and discard. Cut remaining portions in half. Deep fry about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from fryer and drain. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Melt butter and add hot sauce and vinegar. Microwave 30 seconds on high. Stir. Place wing portions in leak proof container. (Giant 1/2 gallon ice cream containers work well.) Add sauce mixture, shake well, and serve with celery sticks and Bleu cheese dressing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
