CHERRY CRUMB CAKE | |
3 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Pinch of salt 1 c. sugar 3/4 c. butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 2 cans cherry pie filling Combine all ingredients, except pie filling. Sprinkle 3/4 of crumb mixture on bottom of a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, then add 2 cans of pie filling (flavor of your choice). Add remainder of crumb mixture on top of cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top with Cool Whip. |
