CHERRY CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
2 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter

Combine 1 1/2 cups sugar, 1 stick butter, eggs, salt, vanilla, milk, 2 1/2 cups flour and baking powder for batter. Spread batter in greased pan. Over this, spread 1 can prepared pie filling of your choice. Combine remaining ingredients for crumb topping. Sprinkle crumbs on top and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes in 9 x 13 inch oblong pan.

Mine is in the oven right now, the crumb topping had a pretty dusty and dry texture, I hope it turns out :)
