IMPOSSIBLE HAM `N SWISS PIE 
2 c. ham, cut up
1 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. onion, green or other chopped
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Grease a 10 inch pie plate 1 1/2 inches deep. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, about 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 35-40 minutes. Cook 5 minutes. This makes a good breakfast dish or a fast supper.
