2 HOUR ROLLS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
6 c. flour
1 tbsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in 1 cup very warm water. Cream sugar and shortening. Add 1 cup boiling water and beat. Stir in eggs and dissolved yeast. Add salt and flour to mixture and beat well. Let stand 1 hour. At end of hour, shape into balls and place in greased muffin pans. (Dip fingers in salad oil to form balls as dough will be sticky.) Let stand 1 hour. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
