ROLLED OATS COOKIES 
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup melted shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix first 7 ingredients, then add flour, cinnamon, soda and salt, sifted together. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes. Don't overbake!
