ROLLED OATS CHOCOLATE FUDGE
COOKIES
 
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 eggs
1/4 cup cocoa
1 tsp. instant coffee (optional)
1/4 cup milk
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1 pkg. chocolate bits
2 cups rolled oats

Mix sugars, butter, eggs, cocoa, 1 teaspoon instant coffee and milk with mixer until smooth. Add flour, salt, oil, baking soda, chocolate bits and rolled oats and mix with spoon.

Bake at 325°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
