BREAST OF CHICKEN OVER RICE 
1 lb. chicken breast (or thighs)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. uncooked white rice
1 soup can of milk
1 env. onion soup mix

Mix soup, milk and 1/2 envelope soup mix in casserole. Add rice, chicken, and sprinkle remaining soup mix over top of mixture. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake another 15 minutes.
