CHICKEN BREAST ON RICE 
1 can mushroom soup
2/3 c. milk
3/4 c. long grain rice, uncooked
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. dehydrated onion soup mix
3 chicken breasts, split in half

Blend soup and milk, reserve 1/2 cup. Combine remaining soup mix with rice, mushrooms, undiluted and onion soup mix. Pour into 2 quart oblong baking dish. Arrange chicken on top. Pour 1/2 cup soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer.
