CREAMY TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. pitted ripe olives
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. plain yogurt
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni or shells, cooked
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento, drained
1 sm. onion, minced
1 can water packed tuna, drained & flaked

In a bowl, blend soup, yogurt and mustard. Stir in macaroni, mushrooms, pimentos, olives, onion, lemon juice and tuna. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 35 minutes.
