BROCCOLI CORN BREAD 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
10 oz. chopped frozen broccoli
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix

Mix all ingredients together, stirring in muffin mix last. Pour in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until brown on top.
