ORIENTAL PORK ROAST 
4 lb. pork loin roast
1 brown-in bag
1 tbsp. flour

Shake flour in bag. Put bag in pan, then put pork loin in bag.

COMBINE AND POUR IN BAG:

1/4 c. lemon juice, 1 - 2 fresh lemons
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger

Close bag, twist tie, and gently turn to coat pork. For better flavor, refrigerate 3 - 4 hours or overnight before cooking. Slit top of bag, place meat thermometer to center of roast. Cook at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
