PORK ADOBO 
2 1/2 lb. pork butt roast
1 tsp. whole peppercorns
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
8 bay leaves
1 clove garlic, crushed

Cut pork into 2 inch cubes (they will shrink by half) and combine all ingredients EXCEPT soy sauce in a pot and simmer for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. One half hour before done, add soy sauce.
