COMPANY PORK ROAST 
3-4 lb. boneless pork roast (country style spareribs or thick cut pork chops, may be added or substituted)
3-4 tart cooking apples, peeled, cored & quartered
3-4 med. onions, peeled & quartered
1/2 - 3/4 c. barbeque sauce
1/4 c. water

Arrange pork in center of large roasting pan. Arrange apple and onions around pork. Pour barbeque sauce over pork, apples and onions. Pour water over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours until pork falls apart.
