TALLERINE 
2 lbs. ground beef or turkey
2 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Rotel tomatoes and chili pepper
1 can tomato soup, 1/2 can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. extra fine noodles
1 lb. American cheese, grated

Boil noodles in salted water until tender. Brown in heavy skillet ground beef, onion, garlic and pepper. Then add chili powder and salt and pepper. Line large greased casserole with half of the noodles. On top of noodles pour meat mixture. Cover with corn and half of the cheese. Add lasts half of noodles. Over this pour diluted soup. On top, pour Rotel. Bake 1 1/2 to two hours at 250 to 275 degrees, covered. Sprinkle top with remaining cheese.
