CRESCENT SAUSAGE AND CHEESE 
8 oz. crescent rolls
8 oz. sausage (brown and serve)
2 c. shredded Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Separate crescent rolls and place in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan for crust. Place sausage over crust, sprinkle with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
