SALMON BALLS 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) can salmon (or your own cooked)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix well until creamy. Shape into balls. Cover or wrap in Saran Wrap and chill several hours.
