SALMON BALLS 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecan
3 tbsp. minced parsley

Combine and let stand overnight. Form into balls and roll in nuts. These are really very good, better than they sound!
