SALMON CHEESE BALL 
1 lg. can Sockeye salmon
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tsp. horseradish
Small amount onion juice
Pecans or parsley

Mix, chill, form in ball. Roll in pecans or parsley. Serves 12. Freezes well.
