SALMON BALL WITH EQUAL | |
1 can (15 1/2 oz.) water-packed red salmon, drained and flaked 3 sm. dill pickles, chopped 1 pkg. (4 oz.) low calorie cream cheese, softened 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. dried dill 1 tbsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. salt 1 packet Equal 1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley (optional) Combine all ingredients except parsley in a bowl and stir to blend. Shape into a ball and chill until ready to serve. Roll ball in parsley and set on a plate. |
