SALMON BALLS 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
1 c. cooked rice
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Mix ingredients and form into balls. Mix soup and water and pour over balls. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
