SALMON CHEESE BALL 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Mix all together and chill overnight. Roll in ball, then in mixture of parsley and chopped nuts. This can be rolled in 2 or 3 smaller portions and frozen.
