CRANBERRY RELISH 
2 oranges, quartered
1 lb. raw cranberries
4 c. apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar

Remove cores from apples, cut oranges, wash and sort cranberries. Grind all these ingredients coarsely. Add sugar and mix well. Chill 24 hours before serving. Must be drained at times, depending on juiciness of ingredients.

Serves 48.
