SALMON CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can salmon
2 eggs
1 sm. onion
12 to 14 Saltines, crushed
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup

Drain salmon, flake meat, add all ingredients except soup. Put in baking dish, pour soup over top. Bake about 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Top with green pepper or pimento if desired. Serves 4 to 5.
