1 c. soy sauce
2 oz. browning sauce
1 med. onion, chopped coarse
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1 tsp. tomato paste
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dry sherry
1 (2 1/2 - 3 lb.) steak

Mix all ingredients and pour on meat. Marinate at least 2 hours at room temperature turning at least once or overnight in refrigerator. This marinade is excellent for London Broil.
