SWORDFISH MARINADE 
Swordfish or salmon steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. med. dry sherry
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. finely minced ginger
1 lg. clove garlic

Mix and marinate swordfish for at least an hour. Broil or bar-B-Q on grill about 10 minutes.
