MITCH'S CHILI | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 1 med. onion, chopped 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 med. can plain chili beans 1 sm. Hershey bar 1 med. celery stalk, chopped 2 tbsp. cumin 1 tsp. red pepper 1 med. can hot chili beans 4 c. V-8 juice Brown ground chuck and onion in skillet, drain fat. Put in large kettle with celery, beans, spices, chocolate and V-8 juice. Simmer for two or three hours. Serves 6 to 8. |
