STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
12 eggs
1/2 c. maple syrup
2 c. milk

May substitute: egg substitute, low fat cream cheese.

Cube bread and take off crust. Put 1/2 of the bread in 9x13 pan. Cube cream cheese and put on top of bread. Put rest of bread on top.

In separate bowl mix and put on top: eggs, 1/2 cup maple syrup and milk. Put plastic wrap on and refrigerate overnight. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees.
