STUFFED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices bread
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed

Beat: 2 c. milk 1/3 c. maple syrup

Place 1/2 of bread on bottom of 13 x 9 inch dish. Top with cream cheese. Place remaining bread on top. Pour egg mixture over top of bread/cream cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8.
