SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
3 qts. tomato puree
3 (12 oz.) cans of tomato paste (equal parts of water, 1/2 to equal parts)
Hot sausage, 5 or 6 pieces about 3 inches long
1/2 c. parsley flakes
2 cloves of garlic, diced (or 2 tsp. garlic powder)
4 tsp. basil
Salt and pepper (2 tsp. salt and 1 tsp. pepper) or to taste
9 tsp. sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
Meatballs

Brown sausage and onion lightly in bottom of pot in olive oil. Add tomato puree and tomato paste, garlic, sugar, salt, pepper, basil and parsley flakes. Simmer for around 3 hours and add meat balls. Simmer around another hour and a half).

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs (bread grated)
1 egg
Salt and pepper
1 sm. grated onion
1/2 c. warm water and another onion

Blend together, roll into balls and brown (medium heat) in oil and one small onion in frying pan. Pour into spaghetti sauce, drippings and all.
