CHICKEN MONTEREY 
4 whole boneless chicken breasts, halved
1 can cream chicken soup
1/4 c. dry vermouth
Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
1/2 pkg. seasoned croutons, crushed
1/8 lb. butter

Layer chicken, sliced cheese, soup, vermouth, dry croutons, and dabs of butter in 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
