CHICKEN MONTEREY 
1 c. flour
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 c. butter
6 chicken breasts (boned)
1 pkg. plain corn tortilla chips, finely crushed
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar (12 oz.) picante sauce
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 c. sour cream

Combine flour and taco seasoning. Melt all but 1 tablespoon butter. Dip each breast in flour mixture, then in butter and roll in corn tortilla chips. Place in a lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. In a medium saucepan saute onion in remaining butter. Add picante sauce, cheese and sour cream. Heat until cheese melts. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake 10 to 15 minutes longer.
