CHICKEN MONTEREY 
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
2 c. garlic crouton crumbs

Blend ingredients. Dip chicken in flour then egg and in crumbs. Put in pan, take 1/2 cup sherry with butter mixture, pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add Monterey cheese, shredded and cook for 20 more minutes. Serves 4.
