BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 bunch broccoli (chopped)
1 egg
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
8 oz. mild cheese, grated
1/2 stick butter
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herb flavor, 1 lb.)
1 can cream of chicken soup

Mix egg, onion and 1/2 cup cheese. Add mayonnaise and soup. Mix and add broccoli. Pour into a casserole dish (greased). Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

Melt butter and mix with stuffing in a large bowl. Spread over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 8 people.

Variation: Add chicken (cooked) chunks for a complete meal.
