MICROWAVE PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 c. (6 oz. pkg.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
2/3 c. (half a 15 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
1 c. salted Spanish peanuts (or your choice of nuts)

1. In a glass mixing bowl, place chocolate chips and milk. Cook in microwave for 4 or 5 minutes or until softened. Stir until smooth. Stir in nuts.

2. Drop mixture by teaspoonful onto waxed paper. Refrigerated until set, about 30 minutes.

One to two cups of your favorite ready to eat cereal may be added to peanuts for added nutrition.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
