MEXICAN MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 can chicken with rice soup
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 sm. cans taco sauce
1 sm. can green chilies
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet or roaster. Mix remaining ingredients in with onion and ground beef; cook until bubbly. Put 1/2 of mixture in baking dish, cover with 1/2 package of taco flavored chips. Add remaining mixture, top with other 1/2 of taco chips. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
