MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. jar chopped pimentos
2 c. coarsely crushed Ruffle potato chips

Cook macaroni until tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients, except potato chips. Pour into large buttered casserole dish and sprinkle top with potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
