PEACH COBBLER 
4 c. peaches, peeled and cubed (can substitute plums or apples)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix, set aside.

1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together.

To flour mixture, cut in 1/4 cup butter until small particles, the size of pears. Then add 1 egg and 1/2 cup milk. Mix well with fork. Spread peaches in 8x8 greased pan. Spoon dough over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm.
