BARBECUE SAUCE FOR CHICKEN 
1 pt. cider vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1 1/2 c. corn oil
1 bottle Tabasco sauce
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce (1/2 tsp. garlic powder if desired)

For 12 chicken halves cooked on grill. Stir all ingredients together. Heat until almost boiling. Brush on chicken halves or quarters. Grill turning every 15 minutes and brushing on more sauce. Takes about 1 1/2 hours to do this right. Don't have your fire too hot or will brown on outside and be raw inside which is a no-no.
