LARGE EASY APPLE CAKE 
36 graham crackers or 3/4 box graham cracker crumbs
6 tbsp. butter
3 lb. green apples
2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 eggs
1 lg. container sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Make crust of crushed graham crackers mixed with butter - keep some for top. Cut apples, not too small - steam apples with sugar and butter until half done, cool - mix eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Fold in apple mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Put graham cracker mixture on top. Bake in large glass pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until knife is clean. (9 x 13 inch pan)
