EASY CHEESE CAKE | |
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (about 15 sqs.) 2 tbsp. sugar 6 tbsp. butter, softened 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk 3/4 c. lemon juice Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press in bottom of 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Mix in large mixer bowl, cream cheese, Eagle Brand condensed milk, and lemon juice. Blend well with mixer at medium speed. Beat well until the mixture is lump free. Pour into cool pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. |
