HAM BALLS 
1 lb. ground ham
1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk

SAUCE:

1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. dry mustard

Mix meatballs ingredients. Shape into 50 small balls. Bake on a draining pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Mix sauce ingredients and boil.

Put ham balls into a 3 quart casserole or crock pot. Pour sauce over balls. Bake 30 minutes in casserole at 350 degrees or as long as needed for flavor to mix in crock pot. You may add pineapple chunks.
