HAM AND POTATO SCALLOP 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
Dash of pepper
1 c. diced, cooked ham
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. butter

Blend soup, milk, and pepper. Add ham in buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole; alternate layers of potatoes, onions, and sauce. Dot with butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake about 15 minutes more.
