MAGIC TOFFEE CANDY 
40 saltine crackers
1 c. butter
1 c. dark brown sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1/2-1 c. chopped pecans

Cover cookie sheet with foil. Place one layer of saltines on foil. Melt butter; add brown sugar. Boil mixture for 3 minutes. Pour over crackers and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven 5 minutes. Cool 1 minute. Pour chocolate chips evenly over top. Let soften and spread with back of large spoon. Cover with nuts. Refrigerate to set. Break into pieces and store in metal can in refrigerator.
