CARAMEL FUDGE BROWNIES 
1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2/3 c. melted butter
14 oz. pkg. caramels
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Combine cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup milk. Beat 2 minutes. Spread half of batter in 9 x 13 inch oiled pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Cool 2 minutes. Combine caramels and 1/3 cup milk; melt in microwave. Spread caramel mixture on baked half. Sprinkle chocolate chips on caramel. Drop spoonfuls of reserved batter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
