1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick butter), softened
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) tub Cool Whip
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 large pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix sugar, butter, cream cheese and Cool Whip in one bowl. In another bowl, combine pudding mixes with milk. Combine mixtures; pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top. Chill.
