OREO COOKIE PIE 
16 oz. bag Oreo cookies
2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
1 can condensed milk
8 oz. cream cheese

Crush Oreos and reserve 1/2 cup crumbs. Mix rest with melted butter and press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and 1 carton Cool Whip over Oreos. Mix canned milk with enough whole milk to make 3 cups and add pudding. Pour over cheese and top with other carton Cool Whip. Sprinkle with reserved Oreos on top. Refrigerate until serving time. Serves 20.
