OREO COOKIE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

25 Oreo cookies

FILLING:

4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/3 c. milk
1 3/4 c. coarsely chopped Oreo cream sandwich cookies

CRUST: Break up cookies in food processor until crumbs form and mix until blended. Pour into 9-inch springform pan and press evenly over bottom and sides. Refrigerate while preparing filling.

FILLING: Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, flour, and milk. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chopped cookies over top of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 250 degrees and bake for an additional hour. Remove from oven and cool at room temperature. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
