LEAN OREO COOKIE CHEESECAKE 
24 Oreo cookies
2 tbsp. poly-unsaturated butter, melted

FILLING:

2 c. nonfat lg. or sm. curd cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese
6 lg. egg whites (3/4 c.)
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
14 Oreo cookies

In blender or food processor, whirl Oreo cookies. Whirl in butter. Press crumbs on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in a 300 degree oven for about 5-10 minutes.

In blender or food processor, puree cottage cheese, cream cheese, egg whites, flour, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Pour mixture onto crust. Break cookies in half and stick into mixture. Bake in a 300 degree oven until filling jiggles only slightly in center when pan is gently shaken, 25-35 minutes. Remove pan from oven and let cool on a rack for 30 minutes. Cover and chill at least 4 hours or overnight (for firmer filling).
