CARROTS WITH PINEAPPLE 
2 tsp. butter
8 carrots, cut in strips
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. pineapple chunks
1 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. cream (Half & Half)

Melt butter and add carrots, salt and onion. Cook over low heat 10 minutes. Add pineapple and sugar; simmer 10 minutes. Pour cream over and heat thoroughly.
